Simply use our booking system . There you can immediately see if your bouncy castle is available on your desired date. After booking, you will receive the rental agreement from us via email. This only needs to be signed on-site upon collection.
How To Get The Bouncy Castle To You

Simply pick up your bouncy castle from our warehouse. Please pay attention to your selected times. You will also find these in the rental agreement we sent you

Delivery
We will deliver the bouncy castle to your desired location at the agreed time.
We’d be happy to set up the bouncy castle for you.
Since almost all bouncy castles are relatively heavy and unwieldy, they should be picked up with a van or trailer.
You don't have a way to transport the bouncy castle? No problem – you can borrow our 750kg trailer (driveable with a standard car license) free of charge . If you need one, please make sure it's included in the rental agreement.
Setup & Dismantling
Self-assembly & disassembly
Setting up and taking down a bouncy castle is not rocket science. You will receive detailed instructions from us on site. We will also provide you with an illustrated guide. Of course, you can contact us anytime if you have any questions.
No desire or time to set up and take down the bouncy castle?
Then you can book our setup and dismantling service together with delivery from us.

Return
Depending on point 2-A and 2-B
Please return the bouncy castle to the same location where you picked it up. Please pay attention to the times specified in the rental agreement, as the storage area is not always staffed. If you have a free rental trailer from us, you are welcome to leave the bouncy castle with us at your convenience. Please let us know in advance if you plan to do so.
If delivery and collection have been booked, we will of course arrive promptly at the agreed time.
Payment
You can pay for the bouncy castle when you pick it up or return it. We will send you an invoice.
